The draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals took place at the UEFA Headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. Former Trabzonspor player John Obi Mikel conducted the draw for the Champions League.

The first leg matches of the quarter-finals will be played on April 9-10, with the return matches scheduled for April 16-17. The first legs of the semi-finals will take place on April 30-May 1, and the second legs on May 7-8. The schedule for the semi-final matches will be announced on April 18, following the second leg matches of the quarter-finals.
The final of the UEFA Champions League for the 2023-2024 season will be held on Saturday, June 1st at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
